How do I get a replacement for a Gilmour product that’s under warranty?

While we don’t require product registration, we do recommend that you keep a copy of your receipt for any future warranty claims or product questions.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order.

Most in stock orders are shipped within three (3) business days of being placed. Delivery can take between 7–14 business days depending on location.

My order should have arrived by now. What should I do?

You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment of your order, which will include your tracking information. Otherwise, please contact us and we’ll be happy to track your order.

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

We aim to provide you with a safe and convenient shopping experience. Your financial information and transactions are always safe on our site. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the approved industry standard.

Preparing your return

  1. Locate your return form, which is attached to your package’s packing slip with a perforated edge for easy separation
  2. In order to complete your return form, you will need your authorization number. To receive this number, you must contact Customer Service
  3. Fill out the return form completely, detach it from the packing slip and place it in the box with the item(s) being returned
  4. Return items in original packaging
  5. Ship items using the address on the return form
  6. When your return has been received, you will be contacted by Customer Service
  7. When your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification

Do you ship internationally?

Gilmour does not ship internationally.

Do you ship to APOs or FPOs?

Gilmour does not ship to APOs and FPOs.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Gilmour does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

What if a product is “Out of Stock?”

Out-of-stock products are items that are normally for sale through Gilmour.com. We have temporarily run out of inventory for the item. You may check back at a later date to see if the item has become available again.

Shipping options are provided at the time of check out. We currently offer only Standard Shipping.

Standard Shipping rates are shown below. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including Holidays). Standard shipping is available only for the Continental US only. Gilmour does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs, PO Boxes or US territories.

  • All shipments with hoses: $4.99 + additional $5.99 flat for hose(s)*

*Due to size and weight, Gilmour charges a flat rate fee for all hoses
